Welcome to the Ocean County Sheriff’s Officers Website.

We are a labor union of the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department. The goal of this website is to keep the citizen’s of Ocean County informed of our upcoming events and activities. It shall also serve as an information center for both our current and retired officers.

Policeman’s Benevolent Association (PBA) Local #379 serves as the bargaining unit of the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department. We were established to negotiate our labor contracts in Ocean County, ensure compliance, and take necessary actions to protect the sheriff’s officers in our union.

We are dedicated to serving and protecting the people of Ocean County New Jersey. We strive to further our relationship with the county’s citizens through charitable donations and fundraising events. Our Local’s Civic Association was recently founded for this sole purpose.
